I had a spinal fusion surgery a year ago and have many health problems, there was, but that was the worst. Both times I had Rhabdo, went to the gym one or two days, but nothing at the top. I lifted weights regularly, up to a year and a half when my back is broken. "I had the surgery and now my back has been merged, and I'm trying to get in shape. And my all my muscles are very sore all day from work (I'm doing a superintendent and carpentry, but try to keep the lights on). I used to be active.
I really want and need to be fit but do not know what to do.
